JINEIYATECH-POS is a cloud-based Point of Sale and inventory management system that allows businesses to manage sales, inventory, customers, and generate reports. The Service includes various features and functionalities that may be updated or modified from time to time.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• Keep your payment information up to date

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that could temporarily affect availability. We will provide notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JINEIYATECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

You agree to indemnify and hold JINEIYATECH harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Yiwu, China.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
